On 7th October, 2021, H.E. Kuniyuki Nakahara, Ambassador of Japan to PNG officiated in a ceremony to hand over a double classroom and four water tanks to Napapar Primary School in Gazelle in East New Britain Province.
Ambassador stated “Education is not only a vital tool to acquire knowledge and skills but is also an investment for the future development. Through this project, the Government of Japan is pleased to support the PNG’s efforts to improve the education sector.”
