The Signing of the Exchange of Notes for the FY2026 Grant Aid for the Human Resource Development Scholarship（JDS）Program and the Project for Landslide Risk Reduction on the Kokopo-Rabaul Coastal Trunk Road

　On 18 September, 2026, the Exchange of Notes for the Grant Aid, “Human Resource Development Scholarship” and “the Project for Landslide Risk Reduction on the Kokopo-Rabaul Coastal Trunk Road,” were signed by Ambassador Hisanobu MOCHIZUKI and the Honourable Justin TKATCHENKO, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea.
