On board Reception was held on board JS “Shiranui” and “Yamagiri”

On 13 August, a reception was held on board the JMSDF ship “Shiranui” and Training Ship “Yamagiri”.
The event was attended by Rear Admiral Philip Polewara, Chief of the PNG Defence Force, as well as Governors, government officials, diplomatic corps, and Japanese residents in Papua New Guinea.
Ambassador Mochizuki delivered his speech to express his heartfelt appreciation for the longstanding friendship and his hopes for further deepening the cooperation and exchange between the two countries in the future.
