Ambassador Mochizuki Meets Representatives of NPO Hands Working in Enga Province

On 7 July, 2025, Ambassador Mochizuki met with staff members of the Japanese NGO HANDS, which is operating in Enga Province under the “Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Projects scheme”, a Japan’s ODA scheme. Since 2014, HANDS has been working to improve community healthcare through activities such as constructing mobile clinics and providing maternal and child health training to the residents.
