Exchange of Notes Signing Ceremony for The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship & The Project for the Improvement of Facilities and Training Equipment of National Fisheries College

On 20 June 2025, Ambassador Mochizuki attended a handover ceremony at which two of Japan’s cooperation projects were signed: the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS), worth 422 million yen (approximately K10 million), and the Project for the Improvement of Facilities and Training Equipment at the National Fisheries College, worth 3,255 million yen (approximately K90 million).
