Visit of the Memorial Delegation under the "Bereaved Children of the War Dead Memorial Friendship Project" in Eastern New Guinea and the Bismarck Archipelago.

From 18 to 25 October, a group of 49 members, who lost their family and relatives during the war, visited elementary schools in Lae, Rabaul, and Numanuma to donate school supplies.　They also conducted memorial services in each location, and held a dinner gathering in Port Moresby with Ambassador Watanabe and PNG officials.
