On 30 April, Mr. ISHIHARA Hirotaka, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister visiting Papua New Guinea as a Special Envoy of Prime Minister of Japan, had a talk with Hon. Dr Billy M. Joseph, Minister for Defense, following a courtesy call on Prime Minister Marape, and exchange views on bilateral relations and security environment in the Pacific Island region, etc.
