On February 26, Ambassador Watanabe and Mr. Wesley, Governor of Milne Bay Province visited War memorials Alotau District, and offered flowers and a moment of silence. They also expressed their gratitude to the villagers of Karoi Village who erected and maintain the memorial for the Japanese War Dead.
