Ambassador visits PNG Taiheiyo Cement Ltd.

PNG Taiheiyo Cement Limited from Japan is the only company which is manufacturing cement in PNG. The company has operated in PNG since 1993 and supported the construction community of PNG in enormous ways.
On April 6, 2022, Ambassador Watanabe visited the company and its cement factory, as part of his first official trip to Lae, to see operations and the current status of the company's cement manufacturing in PNG.
